Littleport is the largest village in East Cambridgeshire and is set on the banks of the River Ouse, approximately 6 miles north of Ely and 6 miles south-east of Welney. The historic village of Littleport has a range of amenities including pubs, shops and a leisure centre. The area surrounding Littleport is low lying and is home to the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT) reserve in the Ouse Washes, the winter home of thousands of swans and ducks from northern Europe and the Arctic. Also close by is the rspb reserve at Ouse Washes which has walks across the wet grasslands, and the historic city of Ely with its museums and Oliver Cromwell's house is just a short drive away. The village of Littleport is a wonderful base for a holiday exploring Cambridgeshire.

All fixtures and fittings are of a high quality. It has everything you need to enjoy a very comfortable stay. Underfloor heating is superb. Beds are comfy and the on suites are spacious. Large showers with dual head sprays. You wonât be disappointed.

A standard lamp in lounge would be best instead of having to use spot lights. Perhaps a little more cutlery. Overall a good place to stay.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. We also met the owners and they were very accommodating and could not do enough for us. The house was very well equipped and we would certainly consider staying here again.
