With many fabulous features including decked balconies and terraces on every floor over looking the lake, bespoke and designer furniture, bi-fold panoramic patio doors, designer kitchen and bathrooms. The open-plan, air-conditioned living space flows from the seating area with a cosy wood burner to a snug area with seating overlooking the lake, then into the dining area and kitchen, perfect for socialising with your family and friends. On the first floor, there is a stunning glass walkway overlooking the living area, a beautiful feature, and an additional wood burner in the master bedroom. At the top of the property, you can retreat to the sky deck with a large chiminea and seating area to relax and watch the sun go down.

This property gives you exclusive private access to ’The Nine’s’ mini spa facility. With an outdoor swimming pool (closed during off peak winter dates) and a private sun deck, a small gym, Finnish sauna and changing facilities, only accessible for guests staying within ’The Nine’s’ properties. You will also have access to the estate’s award-winning spa with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, steam room and treatments (by appointment). Also on-site are hard tennis courts, nature trails, cycle tracks, children’s play area, equipment hire, a licensed restaurant and farm shop. Explore more of the Cotswold Water Park where there are water sports and fishing nearby.

The Lower Mill Estate is situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a great base to explore the nearby towns and villages including Cirencester, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, the regency towns of Bath and Cheltenham and the historic university city of Oxford, all within 40 miles.     Great house with stunnign views in a beautiful peaceful settings

    The property is well named. On a couple of occasions, we saw the otters in the lagoon. There was also a host of birdlife to enjoy. The property is well furnished and very comfortable. We utilised every bed in the house and everyone, (admittedly inclusive of young children), found theirs very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with ample crockery and cutlery for a full house. Bathrooms are modern and highly 'specced'. The heated, outdoor swimming pool directly opposite the property was a convenient feature that we enjoyed in late March/early April. The onsite restaurant was very good and our younger members loved the playgrounds. We would all happily stay again.
