The majority of guests found the property spotless and well maintained, with only minor mentions of cobwebs in one bedroom. Cleanliness is a clear strength of the property.

The cottage's quiet setting and proximity to Cirencester, local pubs, and attractions are highly praised. Guests found it an excellent base for exploring the Cotswolds.

Guests describe the cottage as comfortable, with quality beds and furnishings. Some noted the single beds in one room were less comfortable, and the lack of an upstairs toilet was inconvenient for some, but overall comfort remains high.

The property is well equipped, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The main drawback mentioned is the absence of an upstairs toilet for two bedrooms, and a few minor maintenance issues were reported.

Owners are described as helpful and responsive. Some guests expected a welcome pack or milk, as mentioned in the listing, but these are not guaranteed and were not always provided.

    Excellent thank you.

The two single beds in third bedroom were a bit uncomfortable my two teenage grandchildren said. The cottage was very clean apart from a number of cobwebs in the main double bedroom. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Comfortable and all equipment needed. Only problem was the lack of upstairs toilet as two bedrooms had to use the downstairs toilet at night and as occupants were quite elderly this was not really convenient. Would recommend but only for younger persons.Could not the Bath be taken out to accommodate another toilet.
