The cosy sitting room boasts the original flagstone floor and provides a dining area where meals can be enjoyed by the flicker of the fire. The country kitchen is small but well-equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Climb the stairs (a little steep so mind your step!) to the first floor where two of the three comfy bedrooms await, one with a super-king size bed, which can conveniently be separated into twin single beds if required, and an en-suite shower room; along with a twin bedroom and a small family bathroom. A king-size, wrought iron bed is provided further up on the top floor, sitting in the eaves with exposed beams.

Longborough has delightful views over the Evenlode valley. There are plenty of walks across beautiful, rolling countryside, including the Monarch's Way and the Heart of England Way. This peaceful village, which is within a conservation area, has a shop and a traditional pub. Longborough lies between the historic towns of Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold, both of which have quality shops, pubs and restaurants.
