About this property
Set back from the road at the end of a private gated gravel driveway, this lovingly restored, spacious and light filled cottage offers a luxurious setting for family gatherings at any time of the year.
The ground floor has a superb modern, fully fitted kitchen/dining area complete with central island and bar stools, as well as a large dining table with seating for eight guests and full height bi-folding doors onto the rear garden. The separate sitting room also has bi-folding doors opening onto the garden and a wood burning stove, ideal for those cosy winter evenings in.
Rising up from the entrance hall is a beautiful oak staircase leading up to the first and second floors of this delightful cottage. Bedroom one is on the first floor with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, along with bedroom two, another king-size and bedroom four with twin 3' single beds; and a family bathroom. On the second floor is a further family bathroom with a stunning oval bath and bedroom three with a double bed.
The rear garden has a large lawn and patio area with outdoor furniture; perfect for alfresco dining or simply relaxing after a long day exploring the Cotswolds. To the front of Little Tithe is ample off-road parking for up to four cars and a further lawned area.
A short stroll from the property is the award-winning village pub, The Horse and Groom.

Fabulous stay in the hottest week of the year! We were so thankful for the shady garden and the sun loungers. The house is beautiful and very well equipped.We had everything we needed for a lovely stay, beds very comfortable. The welcome basket was a real treat with everything we needed for breakfast the next day, plus flowers and a cake too!! Thank you so much - we all had a lovely time enjoying the sunshine and eating outside each evening.
