Please note: 3 steps in garden.. Built and furnished in November 2021, Erica Lodge is in the secluded Water View area, western side of the marina. The nautical/boating themed property consists of an open planned, spacious lounge and kitchen. Sleeping accommodation consists of king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, and two twin bedrooms. To complete the accommodation is a sumptuous common bathroom. The property will comfortably host six guests and up to two pets.
The kitchen contains all the mod-cons required for your self-catering needs, and right next to the kitchen is the six-seater dining table looking out to the veranda. Or, you may choose to dine outdoors on the veranda with its own dining table and chairs when the weather suits. In the living area, there are two full sized; three-seater sofas, electric heater stove, coffee table and sideboard.
For your entertainment needs, the lounge provides free superfast fibre broadband, a 43” Smart TV which supports all the popular streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and Apple TV), CD/MP3/DAB player, a Field scope to observe the local wildlife and a range of board games. Together with the other facilities provided by the marina, Erica Lodge is the ideal staycation destination and perfect for an extended stay.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was lovely the gated community were lovely and everything was safe and secure. The king size bed was uncomfortable and the sofas were also uncomfortable that was the only down part. Apart from that it was calm. We spent Christmas Eve cycling round the marina and on the canal , we cycled all the way to the bubble inn. There’s no extra bits so advise to take your own, shower gels , shampoo , women pads/tampons. There’s an iron and hoover etc. When we did arrive there was a hamper waiting for us which was nice. If you have coeliac like myself Tesco is only a 15 min drive with a large range of gluten free foods. I would recommend as my son with special needs found this place comfortable and safe to walk around. The children’s part was also a nice surprise, the best part was on the marina the canal boats had lit the walk up for Christmas it was a massive hit with all the lights the sensory feeling it gave my son was magical. My teenagers also loved it, the board games left also were a massive hit.

Fab place to stay, shame I was working because didnt get the full experience of this place. This place was very clean and nice and warm, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Wonderful accommodation, clean spacious and very well equipped. Didnt mention an iron or hairdryers in inventory, but accommodation had both. Marina is lovely with a selection of restaurants and shops. Free bikes to use on site and surrounding areas which was fantastic.. Highly recommend and really great value. Would definitely return if in the area. Staff very helpful too.
