The Coach House in Market Harborough is praised for its spaciousness, well-equipped kitchen, and traditional furnishings. Guests enjoy the local walks, pubs, and attractions. Some concerns over cleanliness and maintenance are noted, but the property's character and warm hosts contribute to a generally positive experience.
Guests have expressed satisfaction with the property's overall cleanliness, but there are isolated comments about certain areas not meeting expectations, such as toilet hinges and an air fryer. This suggests room for improvement.
The location is highly regarded for its good local walks, proximity to attractions, and nearby pubs. The peaceful setting is appreciated, making it a strong point for the property.
The property is described as roomy and warm, with a comfy bed and traditional furnishings. However, some guests mention it takes a while to heat up, and the presence of sheets and blankets instead of duvets is noted.
The property boasts a well-equipped kitchen with an AGA, art works, and plenty of local information. However, comments about sombre wallpaper and inadequate lighting, along with the inconvenience of the gates, suggest some areas could be enhanced.
While the reviews reflect positively on the hosts' warmth and helpfulness, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

Lovely location, very peaceful, was lovely for a weekend away from the city. Good pubs in walking distance. Owners were very kind too. Very old school home attached to a beautiful house. Took a while to heat up as we stayed during a very cold weekend, but was warm once it got there. Well hope to return again as the price was very good for the experience. Thanks
Amanda
Wonderful day, but we only needed four nights just a shame that we had to book for seven. But its our second time going and I am sure we will be there again. Thank you.

The cottage was in a good location and for myself there were some nice walks in the areaand lovely places to visit, it was very spacious with a sitting room, lounge, separate dinnind room and a lovely well equipped large kitchen. The only problem was with the gates on the drive, when we first arrived we were told that we could open them when we go out but asked to close them when we come back. The trouble was that the owner who lived next door to the cottage kept shutting the gates while we were out. As my wife is partially disabled it meant I had to get out the car to open then, drive through and get out again to close them. We came back once and were going back out shortly afterwards so as he was in the garden I told him I had left them open so I could drive straight back out and he promptly said "well I'll go and shut them". This was after I had twice given him his parcel that the delivery man had left at the closed gates.Very annoyed Roly.
