Perfect little weekend away to celebrate a friends birthday. Great location and friendly staff. Could’ve done with more mirrors and a couple more amenities in the kitchen i.e glasses/pans however the overall cottage was amazing and great value for price, would definitely recommend and come again! :)

These COULD be fantastic. Shame there are so many issues that let them down. Smell , cleanliness, noise , no maintenance at the weekends.

Just returned from a fantastic half term break with my parents and 2 children.We loved Sage cottage, it was so cosy and comfortable decorated beautifully. We also enjoyed the luxury of having our own hot tub and pool table. The location was perfect, not in the busy Skegness caravan sites but set just outside the seaside town looking on to vast countryside - stunning sunrises and sunsets.We could have done with a few more glasses (tumblers) and tea spoons.Also the cottage could benefit from a full length mirror and some hooks for your towels and robes.We can’t wait to return!
