One double bedroom with flatscreen TV and mirror.

Pull out sofa bed (located under sofa in living room).

Main bathroom with shower, extractor fan, basin, mirror and toilet.

Second toilet, basin and mirror.

Fully equipped kitchen/dining area including an amazon Alexa echo dot already set up.

Variety of DVD'S, colouring books and pens and board games for the whole family.

High chair, 2 bed guards and 2 travel cots included in price.

Large gated veranda/decking area with table, 4 chairs and parasol and a picnic bench for extra seating

Price includes 4 free passes (2 adults 2 children) extra passes can be added at your request.

We will ask for a deposit of £50 to secure your booking which will then be taken off your holiday amount. We will also ask for a security bond of £150 which will be refunded after your departure and audit has been completed.

** TERMS & CONDITIONS & DISCLAIMER **??The security Bond will be forfeited fully if any of the below T&C are compromised in any way.??*This caravan is strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS permitted inside at all, as we use this van regularly ourselves. ??*£50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your date, remainder of balance due 8 weeks before your holiday start date, no refunds then from that point onwards unless Butlins can’t honour your holiday due to COVID for example, we also require a £150 security/damages bond which will be returned to you within 72hrs of you leaving, provided no damage has been done and the caravan has been left in the clean condition that you found it In when you arrived. (cleaning materials are provided). ?Any breakages/damages extra cleaning costs will be taken out of the bond money, any damages totalling more than the £150 bond there will be extra charges to the main hirer. ??*Once the check in form completed only named guests permitted to stay in caravan.??*SGcaravans will not be held responsible for any accidents or injury during your stay. ??*Please ensure taps/lights etc are all turned off, all the windows are closed and doors are locked on your exit.??*Any incidents involving security or even police will result in you being evicted from site with no refunds given.??You MUST hand key back into reception on day of departure. ??By proceeding with this booking you fully understand the above terms & conditions of hire.
