Enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . A superb private development of holiday homes, situated close to the beach in the traditional east coast holiday resort of Mablethorpe. With its sandy beaches, fair, amusements, Queens Park paddling pools and brightly coloured beach huts, Mablethorpe is a lovely place for a family holiday.
A drive or bus ride south along the coast takes you to Sutton-on-Sea, Sandilands and Anderby Creek, all popular for lovely walks along the seafront or along their sandy beaches. Further south is Fantasy Island and Butlin’s for adventure filled family days out, with Skegness and its funfair and attractions including the Embassy Theatre and Cinema also offering plenty to see and do. To the north is Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary and breeding grounds, which are always well worth a visit during the breeding season with usually around a thousand seal pups born here each year.
Each property has its own lawned garden, perfect for sitting back and relaxing under the starry sky. There are an abundance of cafés, restaurants and bars offering food and drink, as well as food delivery options if required. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

The cottage itself was fine. It wasn’t very clean. We brushed the floors and there was a lot of dirt. The towels are fine for toddlers and not adults. The location is perfect, very close to local beach and attractions. Everything is walking distance 15/20 mins walk. The cottage could do with extra cutlery, utensils, plates and pans. The expectation to clean the accommodation before departure, so that it’s ready for future guests wasn’t expected. Normally it’s empty bins, load dishwasher or clean dishes and remove bedding and towels. This place required cleaning floor surfaces (they weren’t clean when we arrived) before departure in addition to everything else and depart by 10am.
