12ft-wide very comfortable and spacious caravan with one double and one twin. Additional sleeping for two in the lounge area. Shower bathroom with an open plan lounge/diner with kitchen area. The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated so perfect for a getaway in any season!. Although the caravsn was a little smaller than expected it had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable.

There was a dreadful smell which would not go and lingered all night even with windows open. We left a day early on bank holiday as the smell was too much. The bar was fine. The caravan we have stayed in better silvers when it said it was a gold even asked reception she said it was although people who owned their caravans said they could not believe it was.

Carpet was dirty, clothes from previous owner left, glasses dirty, carpet ripped , it seemed like they were rushing to get vans cleaned as we have one and half hour over before we could check in with allocated time
