Our beautiful luxury family-owned 3-bedroom Delta Superior holiday home is one of the largest caravans on the market at 41ft long by 14ft wide. It is located on the front row of The Lakes at the award-winning Haven park in Mablethorpe.

We immediately fell in love with our holiday home for many reasons. It has a home-from-home spacious feel, wall-to-wall glass and patio doors in the living room leading onto a large wrap-around veranda, where you can relax on the rattan furniture and watch the ducks and geese on the lakes.

We are perfectly situated on the end plot with a large grass area where children can play while you can keep them in sight.

-The holiday home is deep cleaned after each guest’s happy holiday.

-Sorry no pets allowed; we do love pets as we have a dog of our own but unfortunately guests may suffer from allergies.

-No smoking.

-Towels are not supplied.

-Due to COVID-19 some on-site and off-site activities may not be available.

-If your holiday is cancelled due to COVID-19 and the closure of the holiday park a full refund will be given.

Possible durations of stay are as follows:

3 Nights – Friday to Monday

4 Nights – Monday to Friday

14 Nights – Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday

?????????? All returning guests will receive a valued guest discount of 10%.

£50 secures the booking with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before your holiday.

A good housekeeping and damage deposit of £150.00 is required 8 weeks prior to your holiday, this will be refunded in full up to 14 days after your departure and once our cleaners confirm the caravan was left in a tidy order with no damage.
