Our family owned Abi Beaumont comes in a modern design with full central heating in every room and double glazed UPVC windows throughout.

The lounge area has free standing furniture, a contemporary electric fire and a 50inch Smart TV with DVD player. Leading from this area are patio doors to a large wrap around veranda with built in decking lights in blue, and seating area to enjoy a night with the family.

The kitchen is fully fitted and a good size, with plenty of storage. It includes a built-in fridge/freezer, full size cooker with extractor, a microwave and toaster, full size dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board, pots pans cups and cutlery all for your lovely holiday stay.

Carpets are fitted throughout the lounge and bedrooms with vinyl flooring in the kitchen, dining area and bathroom.

The main bedroom has a vanity area with mirror, overbed storage and wardrobes with a king size bed and a walk in wardrobe as well as your very own en-suite toilet and shower room with a full size bath.

The twin bedroom has 2 full size single beds with a single wardrobe and there are TVs in all main rooms, including both of the 2 bedrooms. We supply pillows and duvets - you just need to bring your own linen and towels. or alternatively there is a small charge if you would like linen supplied: £8 for kingsize, £5 for each single. Beds would then be made up. Please request if you would want us to supply bedding for your relaxing family stay.

Mablethorpe is a small seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast. The town boasts a sandy beach, voted as one of the top 10 beaches in the UK, where you can enjoy sunbathing or a dip in the sea. Mablethorpe has a selection of reputable restaurants with a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Greek, Chinese and French, plus high street stores and independent shops, along with a weekly street market where visitors can pick up locally produced goods. The town is home to the Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary where you can meet seals along with an array of other friendly animals; the Mablethorpe Golf Course that is a must for keen golfers, whilst there is an amusement park and go-karts for those seeking an adventure. A few miles down the coast lies the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, which plays host to a wide range of family-friendly attractions. Head to Sutton on Sea, a fabulous holiday location, home to an award-winning Blue Flag Beach that is perfect for paddleboarding, swimming, or simply lounging on the soft sands, while the village itself hosts an impressive selection of shops, bars, restaurants and pubs.
