Situated across the road from the bowling green and only a short walk onto the seafront and the sandy beach, La Falda provides comfortable, detached accommodation for all the family. With the beach, shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways all close by there is no need to use the car unless you want to. The area has a lot of activities for everyone, with the coastal resort of Mablethorpe close by and Sandilands golf course is less than 2 miles away. If you want to explore further along the coast, the busy traditional seaside resort of Skegness is 14 miles away, the market towns of Alford, 7 miles and Louth, 20 miles are all worth a day out. Butlins is 12 miles and Fantasy Island 10 miles away for good days out for all the family. Beach 100 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

We had a very enjoyable week in the bungalow which was well equipped and warm. The Promenade was literally across the road and the dog loved the large expanse of sand to run on. The only draw back was parking the car in the fairly narrow drive,

Hi, well equipped bungalow had everything we required. Was comfortable. Surrounding area a bit run down but with all the building work going on you can see it will be much improved
