Flatscreen TV, shower, additional sleeping for two in the lounge area, kitchen including gas cooker and microwave, gas and electricity included. Bed linen not included (cost option at £20). Heating: Gas fire to the lounge, heated towel rail in the shower room and warm air blow heater in all bedrooms (please note the holiday home does not have domestic central heating). Access: 3 steps with handrail.

Bed linen is not included, There is a charge of £15 per two bedroom caravan and £20 per three bedroom caravan per stay.
If you are hiring travel cots or highchairs there is a £20 deposit per item to be paid on arrival.

The caravan was nice & clean. Twin rooms ok for kids but not much room between the beds if adults used them. A small half wardrobe in each. Double bedroom was fine with full double wardrobe. Shower was powerful. No iron in mine but was able to borrow one from the office. Kitchen was fine. Fridge with small freezer compartment. Tv only had 2 channels at first but fine once I'd retuned it! Comfortable enough. Some windows a bit awkward to shut properly. Heaters in bedroom if cold. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
