About this property

Welcome to our self catering deluxe caravan situated on the Palm Grove area, a short stroll from all the amenities, beach front and close to the children’s play area.

The caravan has double glazing with privacy screened glass, gas central heating and air conditioning.

The living room has a spacious wrap around sofa that flows into the dining area, a Smart/Freeview TV and an air conditioning unit to maintain a cool atmosphere during warmer conditions. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary cutlery and crockery, microwave, toaster, kettle, gas hob and electric oven.

Bedroom 1 - double bed TV and storage Bedroom 2 - 3/4 bed and storage, Bedroom 3 - twin beds TV and storage, Bedroom 4 - single bed and storage offering space and comfort for up to 6 people.

There is a family shower room with wash basin and toilet and a separate additional toilet and basin.

The gated veranda has outside seating, steps and ramp for ease of access. There is an allocated parking bay.

Please note: Entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased from Club Tropicana reception.

Swimming passes are not included but can be purchased from the swimming pool.

This is a non smoking and pet free caravan.

This is a FAMILY only rental, unfortunately no groups, stag or hen parties.

The popular Lincolnshire seaside town of Skegness offers a Blue Flag beach with a clean, golden sandy shoreline, and an attractive promenade where the young and the not-so-young can relax or play. Skegness offers an array of outdoor and indoor attractions; visit Natureland seal sanctuary and animal centre, Captain Kids Adventure World, Jolly Roger golfing, Laserquest, indoor bowling, arcade games, a traditional funfair, Skegness pier and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Skegness also enjoys a wide variety of shops and café’s along with a vibrant nightlife, whether it be a show at the Embassy theatre, eating out in one of its many restaurants or dancing the night away clubbing. Just a little further along the coastline is the resort of Ingoldmells, home to Fantasy Island adventure park, and the largest outdoor market in Europe along with yet more lovely sandy beach for you to enjoy. Skegness offers something for every family member to enjoy on a seaside holiday!
