This cottage is a lovely spacious place, recently refurbed and we were the first guests. I was nervous to book as there were no reviews. But please dont be. Comfy sofas, huge smart tv. And tvs in each bedroom. All new furniture and beds/mattresses, fully fitted kitchen. Great shower. Bed is on the firmer side, comfy. Fluffy soft large towels. Salt. Pepper. Oil. Plenty cleaning cloths, liquid. We had a lovely welcome of milk, bread, butter, coffee tea sachets and a choc muffin. Thank you!Communication was very good. Carol really wants you to have a good holiday and to let her know if you need anything. Owners home is on the same site with big electric gates on this non working farm. But this cottage is totally private with separate entrance. Plenty space for your car. You cannot see or hear anyone. Theres privicy to sit outside on the decking, has table 6 chairs, chimenea and BBQ. So peaceful. Look across the fields. Its not far from Lincoln and A15. Really handy. Check the Lincoln tourist sites. Park & Ride was cheapest (Waitrose) and so easy. Lincoln has so much to see. The castle and cathedral are built up a hill but their is really cheap little bus to take you round the city and up and down presently £2 each. Park & ride drops you near cathedral/castle or down in the shopping area at the bus stop. Plenty car parks also. Must visit Lincoln! Loads of shops. The famous 'Steep Hill'. We visited so many local places and loved it. We are happy to recommend Jubilee Farm Cottage.
