Nestled in the tranquil grounds of Ashtree Court, these adjoining cottages (five in total) with a shared heated indoor pool really are some of the most delightful cottages you will find in the area. Within 5 minutes of the glorious sandy beaches and easy reach of the rolling Lincolnshire Wolds, these four extremely comfortable cottages form a small select group overlooking a central courtyard and enjoying shared use of a heated indoor swimming pool and children’s play area. Set in 4 acres of beautiful mature gardens they offer the ideal location for a relaxing holiday and for touring the coast and wolds. There is excellent coarse fishing just 300 yards away and golf (handicap required) is available at the well-known Seacroft links golf course and Northshore (no handicap), which are both nearby. Within easy reach are the famous Battle of Britain Aircraft Museum and the East Kirby Lancaster Museum, rspb Gibraltar Point, NT Gunby Hall, Snipedale Nature Reserve and Forest, and the historical city of Lincoln with its cathedral, castle and excellent shopping. Antique hunting can be enjoyed at Horncastle 18 miles away, and Louth offers a lovely traditional market town. Skegness and Ingoldmells with its seaside attractions, is just 2 miles. Shop and pub 1 mile. 2 dogs allowed.. All properties: Oil central heating (timer controlled), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (Shared). 4-acre garden with barbecue area and garden furniture (Shared). Children’s play area with swings and slide. Grassed ball games area with football posts. Indoor heated swimming pool (4.5m x 9.1m, oxygenated system - chlorine free), open all year 7am to 7pm (shared). Ample parking. No smoking.

Sept/Oct 25. From start to finish our booking was a pleasant experience. The hosts Helen & Chris were pleasant, friendly as were the other guests we met and spoke to.We felt very much at home. Swimming pool was an added bonus which we used daily.Hayloft is an amazing place to stay. We didn’t want for anything as we had everything needed for a perfect stay. The setting is spectacular and expelled expectations. We felt that we could have been anywhere and who’d have thought we were a few miles from Skegness.We had a few walks and a few small drives to the places we usually visit on the east coast.Skegness, Ingoldmels, Chapel St Leonard’s and The Observatory which is an amazing place to eat and on a perfect beach setting which my dog Bailey loved, all places within a few miles apart. We have definitely found a retreat that we will be returning to. If you are looking for a break away in a beautiful setting then this is the place to be.Thank you Helen & Chris for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful cottage’s in this amazing area with beautiful surroundings.Hope to see you again very soon Sue, Karen and Bailey x x
