The kitchen/dining area was extremely narrow, which did not allow much room for manoeuvre with both myself and a large greyhound entering and exiting the property. There was no garden area to let the dog out when necessary, only immediate access to the main road (!), and no carpeting on any of the floors, so nowhere comfortable for the dog to rest after the day out. That being said we had everything we needed in the property, and the luck we had weather wise was a bonus. Unfortunately I managed to lose my iPhone by the first morning, but obviously can't blame Sykes for that. A nice place to stay on the whole.
