In one of the best locations to be found for a detached bungalow on the east coast of Lincolnshire, you can step through the garden gate straight onto the sand dunes and the lovely sandy beach at Anderby Creek. Complete with its own private hot tub for six, set under a pergola this luxury holiday home will be one that no one wants to go home from. Sea Breezes is ideal for families and couples, situated next to the sand dunes on a dead-end lane. Offering luxury open plan living/dining/kitchen with bi-folding doors opening onto the rear garden. In the back garden you have a private sun deck up on the sand dunes where you can gaze across the beach to the sea, with disability access through a nearby car park. Access to the beach is through the back of the garden, with steps in sand dunes! it really is a relaxing place to be and make lovely memories of a seaside holiday.
Just a short distance to the village café, shop and pub. Nearby Skegness offers plenty for all the family for a day out with traditional amusements, a funfair, cinema, bowling alley and many other attractions. You can also enjoy Fantasy island, Butlins, the Water Leisure Park or head inland to explore the rolling countryside of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Anderby Creek has a café, beach shop and pub and is undoubtably one of the best destinations to be found along this stretch of coast in between the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe. You have the option to go fishing from the sea, but you will need a fishing license. Beach direct access from the garden. Pub and Restaurant ¼ mile.

Lovely! Well equipped, modern bungalow and very dog friendly. 1 minute walk over the rear wooded bank to the beach. Having mobility issues with senior dogs made the scramble only suitable for the grandchildren, but there is easy access to the beach along the lane. Hot tub was very relaxing and the lane is beautifully peaceful. Simon, the owner, was very informative and friendly. Thoroughly recommended.

Gorgeous property which makes for a very comfortable stay. We were there in July and the beach accessed via a little path from the garden was fabulous, perfect for dog walks and often had it to ourselves. Host is super helpful. Quiet location with lovely cafe a short walk away. Would 100% recommend.
