There is all you need to relax and enjoy a traditional family break, with five double bedrooms (including two king-size beds), four bathrooms, a spacious living room, sauna with shower/wet room and all the luxury facilities you would expect from a house of this size plus a lift for the less mobile from the hall to the landing.
The heated outdoor swimming pool is undercover and ensures entertainment all year round with a games room next to the pool and Jacuzzi hot tub.

Beautiful property. Everything you needed. Pool was perfect. Hot tub was great and added bonus of a sauna! There is a downstairs bedroom and 4 more upstairs, 2 with en suites. Also there’s a lift which was so convenient for those with mobility problems. I would thoroughly recommend this property. Cannot find any negatives

Possibly the best equipped UK holiday home we have ever stayed in. Plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery. Very generous welcome hamper. Even enough dishwasher tablets for the week! Whole house spotlessly clean, with plenty of comfortable seating. Everybody enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we were impressed with the maintenance visits three times a week. Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve with its interesting bird life and excellent cafe a couple of miles away. Traditional sea front attractions only a 15-20 minute walk away. Gunby Hall (NT) worth a visit too. Even the weather was kind. All in all, a very successful and enjoyable holiday for our 3 generations. Thank you.
