Guests say
Seacroft Lodge receives high praise for its spacious, beautifully presented interiors and excellent leisure facilities, including a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. Guests consistently mention the property’s cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The location is convenient for both Skegness town and local attractions, yet remains peaceful. Thoughtful touches such as welcome hampers are frequently appreciated, though not guaranteed. While a few minor maintenance issues were noted, these did not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience reported by most guests.
The majority of reviews highlight the property as spotlessly clean, with fresh bedding and towels. Only a couple of guests mentioned minor issues with crockery or specific areas, but these were exceptions.
Guests found the location ideal—peaceful yet within walking distance of Skegness, the seafront, and local pubs. The setting is praised for being both convenient and tranquil.
Comfort is a standout feature, with guests noting spacious living areas, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for large groups and families. The property is described as homely and relaxing.
The pool, hot tub, and sauna are frequently celebrated, as are the well-equipped kitchen and games room. A few guests experienced temporary issues with the pool temperature, leaks, or sauna, but these were generally communicated in advance or resolved promptly.
Many guests mention thoughtful touches such as welcome hampers and pool towels, and praise the owners’ communication and hospitality. Please note that gifts such as hampers are not guaranteed for every stay.

We all had a fantastic time and experience. There was a few issues but nothing major - the pool fitter was really noisy and kept 3 of the guest awake most nights,- the pool was dirty and we had to clean it - the sauna was out of order and was only told by a letter upon arrival, we didn’t get an offer if a part refund for this, -lack of toilet rolls as we had to buy more. However beach towels were supplied along with towels, hair dryers in every room, and a very nice welcome groceries basket which was really lovely of them. The house is massive and we loved the fact there was a lift for our heavy cases, the hot tub was amazing, we didn’t like the fact you can see through the stairs tho that freaked us all out. But we would definitely visit again

A truly fabulous house which was spotlessly clean and full of equipment. They even provided a cafetiere when we requested one. The pool and hot tub were great additions although the sauna was out of action. Great proximity to the beach but Skegness was a bit down market and disappointing for the standard of the house.
