Head to Skegness for some seaside air, just ten miles away, with its sandy beaches, traditional amusements, seal sanctuary and plenty of fish and chip restaurants to try or, if you prefer something a little quieter, the beautiful beaches at Anderby Creek and Sandilands are well worth visiting. Visit local market towns such as Alford (5mls), Spilsby (5mls) Louth (14mls) and Horncastle (13mls) famous for their many antiques and collectables shops and offering an abundance of independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
