The Coach House in Lincoln is highly praised for its cosy, spacious, and well-equipped accommodation. Guests appreciate the warm welcome, including a generous welcome pack, and the property's cleanliness. The hot tub is a standout feature, and the en-suite bedrooms are particularly noted for their spotlessness and comfort. While the location is quiet and rural, with some guests finding it lacking in local activities, it serves as a peaceful base for exploring nearby Lincoln and other attractions.
Guests consistently mention the spotlessness of the property, with particular emphasis on the clean bedrooms and well-maintained hot tub. The high standard of cleanliness contributes significantly to the overall positive experience.
The location is appreciated for its quiet rural setting, ideal for peaceful walks and relaxation. However, some guests note the lack of immediate local attractions and the need for transport to access nearby Lincoln and other amenities.
The property is frequently described as cosy and comfortable, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is highlighted, although one review mentioned poor lighting in the main room.
Facilities such as the hot tub and outdoor area receive high praise. The property is well-equipped, though there is a minor note about the oven needing attention. Overall, the facilities are well cared for and contribute to a relaxing stay.
The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, particularly regarding the welcome pack provided to guests. While these gifts are warmly received and add to the experience, it is politely noted that such gestures are at the hosts' discretion and not guaranteed.

We were a family of 8 staying over the new year period. We were welcomed by the host and instantly very impressed with the property. It was dressed for Christmas and felt so cosy, spacious & warm with a lovely touch of a welcome pack. Kitchen equipment was plentiful, cupboards with plenty of storage. Useful information pack and basically felt ‘home from home’The bedrooms (all en-suite) were spotless and the master suite was stunning!Plenty of towels, ironing facilities, hoover etc….The hottub was a great addition & so close to the house without dashing too far in the cold.We weren’t bothered by the hosts at all but nice that they were so close if needed. Lincoln was a lovely day out, nothing much in the immediate area but certainly didn’t stop us having a lovely walk with the dog. The red lion was our nearest pub, nothing special but allowed our dog & served basic pub food, about 30 minute walk. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful property. Well done Victoria & Mark!

Location is good if you have a specific reason for being in the area. Otherwise, not much going on in the immediate vicinity. Rail link from nearby village to Lincoln. Buses through the village are infequent. Ruskington, a nearby village, has most amenities and a great pub: The Red Lion.Minor grumbles with the property were: lighting in the main room was poor, and whilst trying its best to be "soft and warm", was actually hopeless for reading, and headache inducing. More lamps please. Generally clean, well presented and pleasing, but oven needed attention. But, great value for money, plenty of space, very warm with comfortable beds and seating. Hot tub and outdoor area, exactly as described and well cared for. Owners living on site, but not at all intrusive. Que : Would we return? Ans : Sadly not, simply not enough for us in the area.

This is a beautifully presented and spacious holiday home in quiet rural setting. We stayed for four nights and had a very relaxing time. The owners left a generous welcome pack which was a lovely touch. We would highly recommend this property.
