Additional parking available. No smoking inside property.. This luxury barn conversion is set in the grounds of Dorrington Hall with its own private garden and hot tub to enjoy. Ideal for couples and families alike with four bedrooms, three on the ground floor, all with their own en-suite bathroom. A large open plan living/kitchen/dining area with French doors leading to the sun trap patio and the large hot tub. Lovingly and sympathetically renovated, The Coach House maintains many original features with oak beams, wooden floors, exposed brick walls and a vaulted ceiling in the living area. Please note that there is a single step that leads to two of the ground floor bedrooms.
Situated between Lincoln and Sleaford with Grantham also not far away it makes a great base for exploring the area. Whether it’s days out in the cathedral city of Lincoln exploring the castle and Bailgate area well known for its many restaurants, tea rooms and boutique shops as well as cultural heritage. Grantham and Sleaford have many shops and amenities and offer weekly markets. Belton House which is a National Trust property is 15 minutes away. Within an hour is the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, Stamford, home of the Burghley Horse Trials, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby, Lincolnshire Aviation Centre, home of Just Jane the wwii Lancaster Bomber, Rutland Water and even the sandy beaches of Norfolk are only just over an hour away. Local shop within village, pub 1 mile away.

We’ve just had a brilliant week staying in ‘The Coach House’ in Dorrington, Lincoln. It’s a perfect holiday venue and suitable for groups or families alike. Peaceful location within easy reach of local amenities and interesting tourist spots. Excellent accommodation - a large lounge / dining /kitchen area, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 4 lovely en-suite bedrooms, with the best white fluffy towels. There is a good sized garden and patio area and an 8 seat hot tub too. There was a lovely welcome basket awaiting on our arrival which was a very kind and thoughtful touch. The owners are contactable and located nearby for any queries that crop up. We had an infant with us for our family holiday who was catered for well with high chair, cot and stair gate.The Coach House really is a gem, tucked away in a lovely part of the country. We would highly recommend a stay there and would definitely love to visit again.

The Coach House is a beautiful space. Worked perfectly for our family. Was very clean and well equipped although additional large serving bowls and two sets of crockery would make life easier.
