Lincoln 8.2 miles. A beautiful detached barn conversion, next to the owner's home, resting in the traditional village of Stainton-By-Langworth, near the city of Lincoln. A welcoming property with a gravelled driveway which takes you through the stunning outdoor courtyard, before entering via a well presented sitting room where you can relax after a day exploring. Walk along the extensive hallway to the first set of bedrooms which exude warmth and a pleasant, hospitable environment and a stylish bathroom of high quality. The stunning master bedroom can be accessed via an enchanting feature spiral staircase, which boasts an en-suite shower room and Velux window, infusing lots of light into the space. Enjoy cooking up a storm in the kitchen with sleek granite worktops and contrasting white units, making full use of the modern appliances. Get the family together in the luxuriously comfy sitting room to watch a film. Step into the dining area, where the large dining table is the main focal point in the room, and out through the patio where you can bask on plush sun loungers or sit at the table to read the morning newspaper with a nice cup of coffee on a crisp, warm day. Just a couple of miles away is the village of Scothern which has all the local amenities you need and is only six miles north-east of Lincoln. The impressive medieval cathedral in Lincoln boasts striking architecture and is famous for its feature in films such as The Da Vinci Code and Young Victoria, well worth a visit. You can walk the walls of Lincoln castle and climb the tower to see grand vistas over the city. There are plenty of shops, aviation attractions and museums to explore, a superb location providing fun for all the family.
