Set in the grounds of the owners’ working arable farm sit these wonderful properties, consisting of Roach (UK42139), two semi-detached holiday cottages (refs UKC1907 and UKC1909) and two semi-detached adjoining lodges (refs UKC2202 and UKC2203) which have an inter-connecting locked door, which can be opened to interlink the lodges if required. The grounds benefit from two large, well-stocked fishing lakes.
The properties provide comfortable accommodation and share an indoor heated swimming pool and 20 acres of grounds (please bring own towels to use at the pool). The city of Lincoln, famous for its cathedral, castle, Christmas markets and Magna Carta Visitor Centre, is just 5 miles away, with the showground at Newark, approximately a 15-minute drive, well known for its international antique fairs. There are also good walks and cycle routes in the area. Burton Waters inland marina is close by, with a selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

Amazing Cottage. Spacious, Clean and open. Modern look. Great for families! The private swimming on site was amazing for the kids. The pool was clean and well maintained. So much open space around the property.

Good accommodation, pool a real asset in rainy weather. No local shops other than expensive farm shop about a mile away so bring supplies with you.

Lovely accommodation. People very friendly .lovely setting and the swimming pool was very good. Good for disabled as we took my father,who is 103 and he managed very well. Would recommend.
