A charming semi-detached cottage situated in the pretty village of Nettleham, just 4 miles from the city of Lincoln. This lovely Nettleham cottage is located alongside the beck which runs through the centre of the village and offers beautiful waterside walks, popular with artists and photographers. Your Nettleham cottage is located next to the owner's home and offers guests comfortable holiday accommodation, with a well-equipped galley kitchen, a dining area and a cosy sitting room. All living rooms have beamed ceilings, antique or reproduction furniture and a gas fire, great for chilly evenings. Outside your Lincolnshire holiday cottage, you can dine alfresco or just relax in the pretty cottage garden, or alternatively, take a five minute stroll into the village centre and visit one of the local pubs. There are many places to visit nearby including the cathedral city of Lincoln. A great Nettleham cottage and a perfect base from which to explore Lincolnshire.
The village of Nettleham is part of a Conservation Area in Lincolnshire and has a beck running through the village centre. There are a few shops, a Post Office and a cafe. Nearby are historic Lincoln with its cathedral and castles and the picturesque Lincolnshire Wolds.

Fran and Mike were excellent hosts making us feel at home during our stay. Accommodation was scrupulous clean and well equipped. Lovely secluded and private garden for relaxing and sunbathing. Very generous welcome pack and toiletries supplied. Location beside a small stream with plenty of walks and easy access to local facilities. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Communication was superb before our stay and once at the cottage there was a huge amount of helpful tourist and local info. Fran also advised us of what was on in the area during our visit. The welcome basket was fantastic and much appreciated. The Cottage was everything it promised and much more. The cleanliness and upkeep standards were outstanding.
