Lincoln is approximately 30 minutes’ drive away, with its cathedral and castle, just two of the many attractions on offer for all the family. To the east are the sandy beaches of the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe, and the market towns of Horncastle and Louth are also just a short drive away. There are excellent walks and cycle routes available straight from the door, and the property has a lockable bike store available. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

In lovely peaceful idyllic surroundings, this barn is situated on a family farm and is split into 2 seperate cottage lets, if your looking for a place out the way with little noise pollution and beautiful scenery this is a must!

We really enjoyed our week at the Boot Room. The setting was lovely and peaceful with great walks for the dog locally. Accommodation was very charming and characterful with the added bonus of a hot tub. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio and relaxing in the evening. Lots of great places to visit locally. Cadwell Park, Lincoln Cathedral, Tattershall Castle and coastal areas.
