The spacious property boasts an outdoor hot tub for nights in bubbling away while enjoying a glass of wine. Located on 300 acres of farm, you will find pure tranquillity and peace and quiet here. The nearest pub is 3 miles away and a convenience shop is 1 mile away.

The kitchen/diner is the heart of the home here, which is perfect for entertaining and celebrating together. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities as well as a kitchen island, perfect for pre-dinner drinks, or preparing a feast for all. There is also a separate, smaller kitchen that is useful for those members of the group with children or those needing some quiet time away. A mezzanine between the two floors has a lovely reading area with board games and a pool table, perfect for some of the more competitive members of the group. All bedrooms have en-suites with either showers or baths. Outside is a courtyard complete with a hot tub, garden furniture and BBQ, fabulous for warm evenings enjoying the surroundings and dining al fresco. Guests are free to follow the private farm trail, a glorious walk that takes guests around the farm seeing beautiful scenery, woodlands and dedicated wildlife areas. There is also a private lake where guests can try their hand at fly-fishing, and shared tennis courts on site.
