Guests say

Oak Barn in Warwickshire is highly praised for its cleanliness, tranquil location, and comfort. Guests appreciate the welcoming hosts and the property's proximity to local attractions and pubs. The serene views and peaceful environment make it an ideal retreat, although one review mentioned a disturbance from barking dogs at night. The thoughtful touches, such as a welcome cake, add to the charm of this well-maintained property.

The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting the spotless condition of the barn and the immaculate farm surroundings.

The location is celebrated for its peacefulness and proximity to local amenities, with easy access to towns, pubs, and walks. However, one review mentioned noise disturbance at night, slightly impacting the score.

Guests find the property very comfortable, with special mentions of the quality of the bed and the relaxing atmosphere. The only minor issue raised was the lack of air conditioning during a heatwave.

The facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the outdoor spaces. However, there were comments about the absence of a washing machine and a bench, indicating room for improvement.

The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, with several guests mentioning welcome gifts such as cake. It should be noted that while these gestures are appreciated, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

The accommodation was just as described and we did not want for more. It met our needs completely. Our meals at The Red Lion and The Countryman were very good. Highly recommended venues. Split our time between simply relaxing, visiting historic sites nearby and strolling in the lovely countryside. All in all...a 5* experience.

A so peaceful couple of nights in a beautiful Annex.on a clean, large farm. The outdoor paved seating area is sensitively divided from neighbours with added use of the beautiful garden. We enjoyed a great meal,on Saturday evening at The Red Lion at Hellidon, about a mile down the road. Would return tomorrow to stay again in little bit of heaven if we could.
