This review is from the Owners perspective rather than Cottages.com who are just an agent and do not do anything essentially. This was a Twixmas break we travelled down from Edinburgh on 27th December-a 7.5 hr journey so we were frazzled when we arrived. Graham was the perfect owner and the barn was so lovely. We loved the rural setting visiting Twycross Lantern Trail, Calke Abbey, Market Bosworth, the Battleline railway, Carlton pub the Gate Hangs and good real ales. We enjoyed watching Festive tv on the owners firestick. It was lovely sadly they are selling so we may not be able to return as we would at Easter.Thank you Graham, Jenny and Remy
