All round comfortable, very well equipped kitchen and high tech! External courtyard with dining area very good. The owner left us some items on arrival, which made it a very thoughtful and a pleasant welcome.Would highly recommend.Note: No internal and very poor external EE reception. There are no blackouts/curtains at the windows (as in the description), venetian blinds for privacy. You would have to eat on your knees indoors (dining trays provided). No ice box in the fridge
