We have just spent Christmas at this stunning property, it exceeded our expectations 😄 Catherine was always on hand to answer our queries and ensure everything was okay. The property has been stunningly furnished to an exceptional level and was spotlessly clean. Fully enclosed gardens meaning the grandchildren and dogs were safe at all times. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not retain the heat which was disappointing. We understand that it’s eco friendly but would have preferred a spa experience. The men found the pool table frustrating as it’s not level. These are just small gripes, we have already booked again for the summer.

the Cartlodge is in the middle of a farm , so plenty of noise was made and no one minded. Premises is fantastic , fantastic views and easy to find . The owners cannot do enough for you .always available .

Brilliant accommodation with lots of amenities. Hot tub was a decent size and fit 4 fully grown adults inside. We pretty much had no issues aside from the weather, but we could not complain staying inside a well heated home. Shops are nearby and plenty of option for takeaways.
