From the moment you walk through the front door you find that space in the house opens up before you as if you enter Dr Who's Tardis. From the exterior of this end of terrace it's hard to see how so many spacious rooms can be fitted in, & the ground floor arrangement of front room well seperated from dining room & rear sitting room beyond the kitchen makes it easy for different generations to do their own thing.we were most grateful to be met by warmth of central heating system that keeps all 3 spacious floors at good temperatures, copious amounts of hot water are always on tap too. Kitchen is well equipped and over our 4 day stay we cooked plenty of meals for our party of 7. I don't think I've seen so many plates and glasses in the cupboard in any other accomodation I've rented, all perfectly clean too.All of our party found the beds comfortable and each had plenty of space. Outside space to rear is very small, however this was no bother to us in November. Location is excellent, about 250yds along the road is the start of the town centre shops, pier and beach are about 500yds after that, Rail staion very close too which was a boon as one of our party arrived by train. We managed to get 3 vehicles parked off the road on the hard standing in front which saved a lot of bother finding alternatives as road is limited waiting in daylight hours.What a gem of a holiday let, full marks all round, thanks for making our family get together really wonderful.

We had a great weekend in Avondale, it was warm and cosy and very well equipped. It is close to the varied shops and the seafront with a great pier for kids.

We had a pleasant stay and the Host - Mel was fantastic with helping us with our needs, especially since we were away for work purposes. The property was perfectly described and would happily book again if we had to stay in the area.
