Cant beat location, lovely old house with nice features, comfy beds, decent bath with lots of hot water. Not sure about being here in dead of winter due to electric heating and no double glazing but the multi fuel fire was very welcome and owners had put some electric heaters in so at the start of March we were cosy enough. Tiny kitchen but perfectly workable. Rustic cottage but really great value for money. Second time we've come back to Lorton, a great peaceful village not too far from anywhere with a friendly local shop and pub. Will be back!

Corner House is a gorgeous old cottage with lots of lovely features. The cottage was perfect for us. It was well equipped and ideal for wet walkers! Cosy and warm and comfy beds too. Location excellent for walking and cycling. And a great village shop. We will hopefully visit again.

Excellent as always, our 6th visit. My only comment is the lack of recycling bins, as they are evident around the village.
