Lovely cottage in an excellent location for the town centre and for visiting the Lakes.Excellent correspondence with the owner who is very helpful.Good pub a minute away and Jennings Brewery not far for a nice relaxing drink.The cottage had everything we needed and our dog didn't want to leave lol.Would certainly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Daffodil Cottage and fell in love with Cockermouth. The cottage living room was lovely and the hidden garden very sweet. Its central location meant that you were minutes from great cafes and pubs and the rather smart Sainsbury’s. The surrounding lakes and fells obviously the icing and cherry on top.
