The location is perfect, situated on the banks of River Greta and 5 minutes level walk through Fitz Park to Keswick town centre. Pet owners will appreciate the enclosed rear garden and walks from the doorstep.

Lovely cottage in a good location near the park , the cottage has everything you need . Would stay again . Good for dogs enclosed garden .

The smoke alarm battery required replacing .We reported it and it was sorted during our stay.The hairdryer in the double room was overheating .The drawers on the fridge door were broken and detached if anything was placed in them .The fridge was very noisy .Generally could do with a lick of paint n front garden and bushes at rear tidied up .That said the accommodation was clean ,the beds clean n comfortable and kitchen equiped for our needs.we were also able to find parking on road for our additionsl car

The location of the cottage is perfect for a short stroll through beautiful parks to Keswick. The added bonus of parking is good. The cottage although a little tired is well equipped. We had an issue with the TV in the lounge which we did manage to resolve but had the same issues when we last visited the cottage. There were a couple of other issues that we are addressing with Cottages.com but would still recommend the cottage and Cottages.com too.
