The location of this flat is perfect for exploring Keswick, right in the centre and within touching distance of so many local attractions and amenities. Only a short walk from the parks and lake. Yes there is some noise during the day, especially if it is sunny and people are out in the courtyard from the bars underneath, but as these close at 9pm it goes almost silent after that. Flat is well proportioned and spacey, well stocked for eating in and cooking if you wanted. Our only grumble was the beds, all 4 of us found the 2 beds uncomfortable and in need of new mattreses, I had some real back pain from the smaller of the two beds. If it wasnt for the beds this place would have got 5 stars from us and I would definitely stay again, if the mattreses are renewed!

cottage was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, bed was very comfortable too. Parking was a bit of a bind, had to use main carpark so needed to pay daily. closest one only gave max stay of 3 hrs. use Otley road instead you can stay max of 12 hrs + overnight stay. otherwise a very comfy stay

Perfect spot for an overstay in Keswick. Smack in the middle of everything lie pubs, restaurants and shops, and just a short stroll down to the lake. The only things worth motioning, and perhaps improving are:1. the key lock-box is extremely small and comes apart when you open it. We really battled to put it back together AND fit the key with key-ring and fob in place.2. the extractor fan is extremely loud and takes a very long time to auto-switch off. If anyone uses the loo at night it wakes everybody up in the flat (and probably next door as well).Otherwise, we had a brilliant stay and would certainly try to book again if we ever get back to Keswick.
