Helvellyn House, as the name implies, was formerly a single dwelling which has latterly been converted into two apartments. This is the ground floor apartment which is an added benefit for guests with walking difficulties.

It is within 5 minutes level walk of Keswick town centre and Fitz Park and has the luxury in Keswick of a private parking space.

The property has been upgraded with replacement double glazed windows in all the rooms, in addition to full Wi-Fi coverage, comfortable leather sofas and a wide screen TV with DVD player and iPod dock.

    Helvellyn House apartment was easy to find and easy to access with the key box. First impressions were very good, the place was spotless, comfortable sofas in the living room, good WiFi, the kitchen was well equipped, and the heating system efficient which was much appreciated in January. We would definitely recommend the property, easily walkable into the centre of Keswick, and the shops, pubs and restaurants, and on to the lake, and also onto the main road when you want to venture further afield.

    We had a lovely stay, and it was easily walkable into town or to the lake. The flat was perfect for exploring the north lakes, and having a dedicated parking space in Keswick was wonderful.
