As it wasn't 5 out of 5. It was close with a few exceptions. Firstly, parking - The location presents it's own challenges. We managed it, no problem. We did see a lot of people other people, including residents, having problems. Secondly, as soon as you enter the property, you get this slightly damp smell, which you encounter when you have had floodwater damage. It is not a new smell, but an old smell, which is hard to eradicate. It is clear the owners have addressed this issue with flood defences. Thirdly and lastly, we had a few fixtures and fittings that were in need of tightening. No big issue, as I had a few tools and we sorted them. Other than that the place was perfect. Very comfy beds. Perfect after a long day's walk.
