Guests say

Riverside Park 5 is a well-regarded apartment in Keswick, praised for its cleanliness, stunning views, and prime location close to the town centre. Guests appreciate the modern amenities, spaciousness, and thoughtful touches like a welcome pack. Some minor maintenance issues are noted, but overall, the property offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Guests consistently describe the apartment as spotless and clean, with particular praise for the housekeeping standards. The high level of cleanliness contributes significantly to the positive experience of the guests.

The apartment's location is frequently highlighted as excellent, with its proximity to the town centre, restaurants, and lakeside walks. The peaceful setting with river and park views is also greatly appreciated.

The apartment is generally found to be comfortable, with a cosy mezzanine and well-furnished rooms. However, some guests mention issues with sofa height and suggest improvements like power showers for enhanced comfort.

The property is equipped with modern appliances and is well-furnished, but there are several reports of maintenance issues such as a broken washing machine, leaking radiator, and minor problems with blinds and toilets. These issues suggest room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

Guests have mentioned welcome touches like a pint of milk and cakes upon arrival, which are well-received. While these gestures are appreciated, it should be noted that such personal touches, though delightful, are not guaranteed for every stay.

  • Stuart

It is very well equipped with modern appliances. The open plan kitchen/living space is very spacious with plenty of room, and different places to sit. There is a balcony and a floor to ceiling window looking out over Fitz Park. It is situated within a five minuet walk to Keswick town centre, with plenty of pubs, shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The only criticism would be the concrete external stairway to access the building, was very poorly lit in the dark. Each flat has an external light, but the individual occupants can turn them off.
