This traditional Lakeland cottage enjoys an excellent elevated position in Keswick town centre, on a quiet lane with very little traffic. It is by the footbridge over the River Greta and into Fitz Park, perfect if you have a dog. Everything you need is minutes away; in just 200 yards you can reach shops, restaurants and pubs. The cinema is in the town centre and the lovely Theatre by the Lake is just a short walk away. Valentine Cottage has gorgeous fell views to fall in love with, and is furnished and equipped to a high standard, with double glazing and central heating and constant hot water. The park has a children’s play area bowling, putting, tennis court and cricket pitch and plenty of open space. Keswick leisure centre with its gym is adjacent to the park. Beautiful peaceful Derwentwater with its launch and lakeside walks is in easy walking distance.

2nd visit to this brilliantly located and well equipped cottage. Everything you could need for a memorable stay. Ed was helpful and accessible. Would happily recommend and we will be back.

Comfortable cottage in a great location, just off main street but quiet. Doesn't have a freezer just a small one inside the fridge. Could do with a deep clean and updated decor. Great that you can come in through the back. However, the back door is a pain as should open outwards to allow you to get in as it hits the wall and doesn't open fully.

A lovely cottage in a very quiet location but only a 2-3minute walk to the centre of Keswick. A lovely kitchen with all the equipment you need.
