May need to be clearer about location as it is up a very very steep hill which was impossible for my husband to climb. Tv signal not great either however did sort after a lot of hard work. Overall great stay though the house is beautiful typical Lake District garden is lovely.

We were five adults and we never felt on top of each other. The garden was very pretty with lots of chairs to sit out. It is a wonderful location a short walk into Bowness. I would stress it was a VERY steep hill up from the village that might not be suitable for all to walk. The only problem we encountered was getting hold of the agents to report a problem. I rang the number given and was holding for over 30 minutes and gave up. I then emailed but it took the best part of the day to get back to me and was too late to rectify the issue until the next day. It was however then dealt with very efficiently. Overall a very good place to stay
