You can view the most popular local fell, the Old Man of Coniston, from the comfort of your private garden, plotting hiking excursions yet to come whilst sipping a cool drink in the summer. At each adventure’s end, the amenities of Coniston await (0.5 miles). Have a meal out or a drink in the popular microbrewery before heading home.

The property benefits from a traditional layout with communal spaces downstairs and all four bedrooms and the family bathroom on the first floor. There’s also a convenient shower room on the ground floor, ideal when coming home muddy after a long walk. Use the inviting lounge through the summer and the winter, throwing open French doors onto the decking when the sun shines or switching on the gas fire when it’s colder.
