The cottage is praised for its well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and the inclusion of a log fire. Some guests suggested additional kitchenware and a better hoover would be beneficial. The enclosed garden and outdoor space are also appreciated.

While guests express gratitude for the overall experience and mention thoughtful touches, there are no specific references to gifts. Therefore, it is not possible to accurately score thoughtfulness based on the presence of gifts.

Beds really comfy, bathrooms lovely & clean with lots of hot water. Kitchen had a good range of pots and pans. Cottage was really warm with easy controls to turn up or down (or off). A great open plan downstairs perfect for a family or friends gathering.

Just what we needed for our family get together. Staveley is a village with a heart, lots of facilities, local shops, pharmacy, chip shop and pizza takeaway, pub, cafes, play park, church and lots of places to walk right from the front door.

Good location for travelling into the Lake District. Very close to bakery, excellent croissants, bread and hot food. Spar, easy walking distant. Pizza and excellent fish and chips, again easy walking distance. Plus of course, pub in the village about 5 mins walk.
