Whether a central base of operations for touring the Lakes or like us a base to visit friends it serves its job well providing a convenient place to go home to. The house is unbelievably silent considering what you would think would be a noisy commercial area, however it was spot on, already recommended to friends and family and look forward to visiting again

Bit of a last minute booking with friends and not disappointed. We were the only car in the car port at the time of staying but would be very tight with 2 cars, that said itâs a very quiet close so car could be unpacked a bit before parking. A little tip, get the key before parking! Beds comfortable and property clean and welcoming. Literally the only thing we said we could have done with were a pair of tongs in the kitchen. Lovely and quiet with the town of Kendal right on the doorstep. Would definitely stay again if going away with friends.
