The setting was wonderfully peaceful and tranquil, with lovely views from the main bedroom across the fields and surrounding fells. Off-road parking was a real advantage â you do need to reverse in via a short side street, but thereâs plenty of space to do so comfortably. The property felt more spacious than the photos suggest and offered ample storage throughout. Itâs also ideally located, just a very short walk from three pubs and two well-stocked grocery shops.

Everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Couldnât fault it in any way.
Brian
Excellent as always. Equipped with everything youâre likely to need. Private parking and convenient location in village centre with views to the rear. Weâve always been lucky with the weather here as well. Itâs on the dryer eastern side of the Lake District national park.
