Guests say

Greystoke Premier 3 receives high praise for its spacious, clean, and well-equipped lodges set in a peaceful, rural location with stunning views. Guests appreciate the comfortable furnishings, hot tub, and friendly staff. While some minor maintenance issues and occasional missing items were noted, these were generally resolved quickly. The site is quiet and ideal for relaxation, though amenities and shops require a short drive. Overall, guests found their stays enjoyable and would recommend or return.

Multiple reviews highlight the lodges as very clean and tidy, even in dog-friendly units. A single mention of high-level dusting needed in one lodge slightly lowers the score, but overall cleanliness is consistently praised.

The rural, peaceful setting with beautiful views is a major positive. The only drawback mentioned is the distance to shops and amenities, which requires a drive, but this is offset by the tranquillity and scenery.

Guests frequently mention comfortable beds, sofas, and spacious interiors. The lodges are described as well-equipped and relaxing, with only minor issues such as a small TV in one unit.

Facilities such as hot tubs, kitchen equipment, and parking are appreciated. Some maintenance issues (e.g., hot tub jets, fridge, shower valve) and missing items (e.g., dining chairs, coat hangers) were reported but generally addressed promptly by staff.

There are no mentions of welcome gifts or extra thoughtful touches in the reviews, so a score cannot be provided for this category.

Great location, clean & relaxing environment. Plenty of space, 3 bedroom lodge, master bedroom had a walk in wardrobe & continued with an en-suite bathroom, a further bathroom with all the extras. Location is approx a 20 minute drive to the nearest town & amenities including a friendly local pub. Great walks within walking distance, short or long distance. Team are friendly & have a good knowledge of the local area. Weather was beautiful.
