We liked the conservatory. However, the downstairs toilet is extremely small, has no hot water or heating. The main upstairs bathroom has a step down into it, which is fine if you remember and are focused when entering- I accidentally fell in the night in the dark and again when carrying something. There is a huge sign on the door. The bunk bed room radiator never got warm, but an electric radiator was provided.

Ample parking for two large cars, short 5 minute walk into town, yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Great rear porch for getting out of wet coats and muddy boots, straight in to utility room - ideal for The Lakes.
