Primrose Mount is a well-loved cottage boasting spectacular views of Lake Windermere and a prime location within walking distance to Bowness. Guests appreciate the property's cleanliness, ample private parking, and secure garden, ideal for dogs. While some find the decor dated, the charm and cleanliness often outweigh this aspect. The property's tranquility and stunning vistas make it a repeat choice for many visitors.

Cleanliness

The property generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, with several guests noting it as clean and well-presented. However, a few guests mentioned issues such as dust, cobwebs, and a musty smell, slightly lowering the score.

Location

The location is highly praised for its stunning views, privacy, and proximity to local amenities. It's a short stroll to town, and the secure parking is a bonus, making it an ideal base for exploring the Lake District.

Comfort

Guests find the beds comfortable and the property cosy, but some furnishings are noted as tired or low, which could pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. The need for additional warmth during colder months has been mentioned.

Facilities

While the property is equipped for a comfortable stay, guests have suggested that it requires modernisation and better maintenance. Issues with heating, outdated garden furniture, and a lack of Wi-Fi have been noted.
