In the sunny first floor living room there is a luxury deep cushioned leather suite for guests to relax and watch the 40” TV, and don’t forget to step out onto the balcony overlooking Mylnbeck and sit down with a glass of something cool to while away the evenings. There is a walled garden area to the front of the property with a bench – perfect for watching the world go by.

This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
